1. General Refund Policy

1.1 No Refunds

All credit purchases on Turbo 3D are final and non-refundable. By purchasing credits, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Credits are digital goods delivered immediately upon purchase
  • Refunds are not provided for unused credits
  • Refunds are not provided for dissatisfaction with generated 3D models
  • You are responsible for understanding the Service before making a purchase

1.2 Why No Refunds?

  • Credits are instantly delivered to your account upon successful payment
  • You can use free trial credits to test the Service before purchasing
  • We provide weekly and monthly free credits to help you evaluate the Service
  • Our pricing and credit consumption rates are clearly displayed before purchase

2. Exceptional Circumstances

While our general policy is no refunds, we may consider refund requests in the following exceptional circumstances:

2.1 Technical Errors

If a technical error on our part results in:

  • Duplicate charges (you were charged twice for the same purchase)
  • Credits not added to your account after successful payment
  • Overcharging (you were charged more than the displayed price)

2.2 Service Failure

If the Service fails to deliver the core functionality due to:

  • Complete inability to process conversions after credit purchase (not isolated failures)
  • Prolonged Service outage preventing you from using purchased credits (48+ hours)

2.3 Unused Credits

If you:

  • Purchased credits but have not used any of them
  • Contact us within 7 days of purchase
  • Provide a valid reason for requesting a refund

Note: This is evaluated on a case-by-case basis and is not guaranteed. Partial refunds are not provided for partially used credits.


3. What We Do NOT Refund

  • Dissatisfaction with the quality of generated 3D models
  • Models not meeting your specific expectations or requirements
  • Results varying based on input image quality or complexity

3.2 User Error

  • Uploading incorrect or low-quality images
  • Misunderstanding how the Service works
  • Not reading instructions or FAQs before use

3.3 Changed Mind

  • Simply changing your mind after purchase
  • No longer needing the Service
  • Finding an alternative service

3.4 Account Issues

  • Account suspension or termination due to Terms of Service violations
  • Voluntary account deletion (all unused credits are forfeited)
  • Inability to access your account due to forgotten credentials (contact support)

3.5 Partial Use

  • Requesting a refund after using some (but not all) of your credits
  • Requesting a refund for “leftover” credits after using the Service

3.6 Free Credits

  • Free trial credits
  • Weekly or monthly promotional credits
  • Any credits not purchased with real money

4. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you qualify for a refund under Section 2 (Exceptional Circumstances), follow these steps:

5.2 Chargeback Consequences

If you file a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us:

  • Your account will be immediately suspended pending investigation

  • If the chargeback is found to be unjustified, your account may be permanently terminated
  • You may be held liable for chargeback fees and legal costs

5.3 Fraudulent Disputes

Filing fraudulent chargebacks for delivered digital goods may:

  • Result in permanent account termination
  • Be reported to payment processors and fraud prevention services
  • Lead to legal action

6. Credit Expiration and Forfeiture

Credits do not expire as long as your account remains active.

6.2 Account Deletion

If you delete your account:

  • All unused credits are immediately forfeited
  • No refunds are provided for forfeited credits

6.3 Account Termination (Violations)

If we terminate your account due to Terms of Service violations:

  • All unused credits are forfeited
  • No refunds are provided
