- Stolen or fraudulently obtained content
2.2 Harmful Content
- Content that promotes, encourages, or glorifies violence, self-harm, or suicide
- Content that harasses, threatens, or intimidates individuals or groups
- Content depicting graphic violence, gore, or animal cruelty
- Content that promotes terrorism or extremism
2.3 Hateful or Discriminatory Content
- Content that promotes hatred, discrimination, or violence based on:
- Race, ethnicity, national origin
- Religion or belief
- Gender, gender identity, or sexual orientation
- Disability or medical condition
- Age or any other protected characteristic
2.4 Sexually Explicit Content
- Pornography or sexually explicit imagery
- Non-consensual intimate images (“revenge porn”)
- Content depicting sexual acts or nudity (except for artistic, educational, or medical purposes with appropriate context)
2.5 Misleading or Deceptive Content
- Deepfakes or manipulated media intended to deceive
- Fraudulent or scam-related content
- Phishing or social engineering materials
- Impersonation of individuals, brands, or organizations
2.6 Spam and Malicious Content
- Unsolicited bulk content or spam
- Malware, viruses, or malicious code
- Content designed to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to systems
3. Prohibited Activities
You may NOT:
3.1 Intellectual Property Violations
- Upload images you do not own or have permission to use
- Infringe upon copyrights, trademarks, patents, or other intellectual property rights
- Use the Service to create unauthorized derivatives of copyrighted works
3.2 Privacy Violations
- Upload images containing identifiable individuals without their consent
- Violate any person’s privacy or publicity rights
- Collect or harvest personal information from other users
3.3 System Abuse
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, scripts) to access the Service without authorization
- Overload, disrupt, or interfere with the Service’s infrastructure
- Circumvent security measures, access controls, or usage limits
- Probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities in the Service
3.4 Account Abuse
- Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or abuse promotions
- Share your account credentials with others

- Use the Service to compete with or harm Turb3D
- Misrepresent your relationship with Turb3D
4. Acceptable Uses
Turbo 3D is intended for lawful and legitimate purposes, including:
4.1 Personal Use
- Converting your own images or images you have permission to use
- Creating 3D models for personal projects, hobbies, or education
- Experimenting with AI-powered 3D conversion technology
4.2 Professional Use
- Creating 3D assets for game development, animation, or design projects
- Producing models for architectural visualization or product design
- Developing content for virtual reality (VR) or augmented reality (AR) applications
- Creating models for 3D printing or manufacturing
4.3 Commercial Use
- Selling or licensing 3D models generated from your own images
- Using models in commercial projects (games, films, advertisements, etc.)
- Integrating models into products or services you offer
Note: You must own or have rights to the input images. You retain full ownership of generated 3D models.
5. Reporting Violations
5.1 How to Report
If you encounter content or activity that violates this policy, please report it immediately:

5.2 Anonymity
You may report violations anonymously. However, providing contact information allows us to follow up if needed.

We will investigate reported violations promptly, typically within 48-72 hours.
6. Enforcement
6.1 Content Removal
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates this policy without notice.
6.2 Account Actions
Violations may result in:
- Warning: First-time or minor violations may receive a warning
- Suspension: Temporary loss of access to the Service
- Termination: Permanent account closure and ban from the Service
- Credit Forfeiture: Loss of all unused credits (no refunds)
6.3 Severity-Based Actions
The severity of enforcement depends on:
- Nature and severity of the violation
- Intent (accidental vs. deliberate)
- Frequency (first-time vs. repeat offender)
- Impact on other users or the Service
Serious violations (e.g., illegal content, child exploitation, malicious attacks) result in immediate termination and may be reported to law enforcement.
6.4 No Refunds
Accounts terminated for policy violations forfeit all unused credits with no refunds.
7. Legal Obligations
7.1 Cooperation with Law Enforcement
We cooperate with law enforcement and may disclose user information if:
- Required by law or legal process (subpoena, warrant, court order)
- Necessary to prevent imminent harm or serious crimes
- Required to protect our rights, property, or safety
7.2 Reporting Illegal Content
We may report illegal content (e.g., CSAM, terrorism, credible threats) to appropriate authorities, including:
- National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC)
- Local, national, or international law enforcement
- Internet service providers or hosting platforms
8. User Responsibility
8.1 Your Obligations
You are solely responsible for:
- Ensuring your content complies with this policy
- Obtaining necessary permissions and rights for uploaded images
- Compliance with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction
- Consequences of your actions and content
8.2 No Monitoring Obligation
While we reserve the right to review content:
- We do not routinely monitor all uploaded content
- We rely on user reports and automated detection systems
- You should not assume that all content has been reviewed or approved
9. International Use
9.1 Compliance with Local Laws
If you access Turb3D from outside the EU or Germany:
- You are responsible for compliance with your local laws
- Some content or activities may be legal in one jurisdiction but illegal in another
- You must comply with the most restrictive applicable law
9.2 Prohibited Jurisdictions
We may restrict access from certain countries or regions due to legal restrictions, sanctions, or security concerns.
10. Content Ownership and Licensing
10.1 Your Rights
- You retain full ownership of images you upload
- You retain full ownership of generated 3D models
- We do NOT claim rights to your content
10.2 License to Turb3D
By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:
- Process, store, and transmit your content to provide the Service
- Use technical measures to detect policy violations
This license ends when you delete your content or account.
11. Amendments
We may update this Acceptable Use Policy at any time to reflect:
- Changes in laws or regulations
- New technologies or features
- Feedback from users or enforcement experiences
Effective Date: Changes take effect immediately upon posting with an updated “Last Updated” date.
Notice: We will notify users of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the Service.
